My Values: Putting Your Business First

The International Association of Online Business Managers (IAOBM) has worked hard to identify its top-five core values that guide how we engage in business as Certified Online Business Managers.

They are:

Personally, I have also worked hard to define how The 25th Hour stands out as a small business with a big heart and determination. Without further ado, I present to you my core values and how they align with the IAOBM’s values.


Wholeheartedness

I engage in my role as your Second in Command with all my heart and soul. I bring courage and compassion to your business. Both of these attributes are essential to form the connections necessary to proactively manage teams, operations, and projects. When I'm not working directly with you, I am wholeheartedly representing the best in OBM excellence as your business partner and as such, a skilled representative of your company.


Life-long Learning

In bringing my best self into any space, I first arrive as a humbled learner. I am constantly in awe of the power of the human brain and a person’s will. My desire is to witness your business thrive because it puts your personal genius on display. I seek to learn so that I may serve, and what I learn ultimately positions me to Problem-Solve; a value of the IAOBM that serves you.


Service to Others

Service to others doesn't mean service above self. Serving others serves me, and by serving myself I am able to serve others. Don't be confused; read it again! It’s a cycle I aim to perfect. I aim to give equal parts to myself, to my family, and to you, my valued business partner.
